Whether you are an alumni, a parent or just a fan of Guitar Circus you can help to support us and make a real difference by becoming a Friend of the charity.
For as little as fifty-seven pence a week, you can help to support classical guitar music education giving guitarists of all abilities access to inspirational events and tuition, and enabling some of this country’s brightest and most talented musicians to pursue their passion at the highest possible level. Your donations will be used in the areas of most need, however, if you have a specific request to donate to either a particular organisation (WYGF or NYGE) or area/resource then please do contact us and make your wishes known.
Your involvement will also enable us to financially support more students who otherwise may not have been in a position to join our ensembles. Guitar Circus is a charity and receives no government funding. We value tremendously your generosity and in return for becoming a Friend we offer the following benefits:
Pays for subsidised travel for one NYGE Member to attend rehearsals regardless of their financial circumstances.
Pays for a set of ensemble sheet music for students to use during their course.
Pays towards a bursary funded residential place for a talented child.
If you are a UK taxpayer you can further enhance your donation by signing a Gift Aid declaration. For every £1 donated, the Government will refund us an extra 25p. For example, £60 when Gift-Aided becomes £75.
